We are looking to add to our delivery team. We are looking for motivated individual who can show up on time and is willing and able to work a labor intensive job. The main duties of this position are delivering, moving furniture, delivery and set up in customers’ homes, and building furniture.

Skills/Requirements

– 40 hours/ week

– Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day

– Sales experience preferred

Job Purpose

To effectively manage and enhance the company’s presence on various social media platforms, including the creation and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google, managing content and operations for one Shopify and two WordPress websites, and designing seasonal in-store retail signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and manage all paid and organic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.
• Regularly update and maintain one Shopify site and two WordPress sites to ensure seamless user experiences and up-to-date content.
• Design compelling and seasonally appropriate in-store retail signs.
• Monitor and report on the performance of social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns, including expertise in Google Performance Max and Facebook retargeting strategies.
• Strong skills in website management, particularly with Shopify and WordPress.
• Ability to design and produce attractive in-store signage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points.

• Achieve targeted metrics as defined by the marketing strategy, including campaign performance and website traffic growth.
• Consistent on-time delivery of all digital content and advertising materials.
